• Taking daily rounds over the facility for ensuring all engineering services are up & running.
• Operating AVVC system and providing support during VIP visit.
• Conducting vendor meeting and updating vendor meeting tracker.
• Conducting M & E team training and updating training calendar.
• Maintain Vendor PM Schedule & In house PM schedule.
• Vendor coordination and follow-up.
• Raising change request for critical equipment’s PPM activity before 15 days and updating the change request tracker.
• Updating KPC, Harmonization trackers.
• Raising incident by informing GOC team and preparing of incident report.
• Preparing Yearly PPM calendar for critical and non-critical equipment.
• Preparing training PPT.
• Preparing MMR report and monthly consumption report.
• Daily service report to Senior Executive and Reporting manager.
• Follow up with service providers for maintenance work
• Monitoring BMS system and resolving the BMS issue.
• Monitoring all project work.
• Electrical Operation and Maintenance Services.
• UPS Power, AHU, PAC, VRV, all type AC Operating and handling.
• Fire Alarm panel, VESDA, PA system, NOVEC gas.
• Maintenance of all plumbing and carpentry related queries.
• Preparing incident report and raising incident tickets.
• Maintenance related reports and reading updates.
• Update monthly power consumption.
• Follow up with service providers for maintenance work
• Preparing all snag lists.
• Asset records of all technical equipment's.
• Preparing a complaint register.
