Description
SKIMS is seeking a Product Manager, Business Systems to own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of core enterprise systems that power inventory, order fulfillment, purchasing, and wholesale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Business Systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory and fulfillment workflows
- Align initiatives to revenue growth, inventory efficiency, and operational scalability
- Drive a platform mindset across ERP and integrated systems, reducing fragmentation and manual work
- Balance immediate operational needs with long-term system architecture and scalability
- Own and evolve systems supporting:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C): order management, fulfillment, invoicing
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P): purchasing, vendor management, inbound inventory
- Inventory Management: visibility, allocation, transfers, and reconciliation
- Partner with Production and Operations and Order Fulfillment teams to improve purchasing workflows, demand planning inputs, inventory accuracy, allocation, fulfillment execution, and exception management across the order lifecycle.
- Ensure systems support multi-channel complexity across wholesale, franchise, retail and DTC, with a focus on inventory and fulfillment operations
- Partner with Operations, Order Fulfillment, Wholesale, Retail, and Franchise teams to streamline end-to-end operational workflows.
- Lead feature development across:
- B2B order management and lifecycle events
- Inventory allocation, availability, and disposition across channels
- Fulfillment, shipping, and returns workflows
- Pricing, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
- Support franchise-specific requirements including regional operations, pricing structures, and reporting needs
- Ensure consistency and scalability of systems across all sales channels
- Own system-level performance metrics across business systems
- Drive measurable improvements in:
- Order cycle time and fulfillment speed
- Inventory accuracy and turnover
- Purchasing efficiency and vendor performance
- Invoice accuracy and revenue realization
- Exception handling and manual intervention rates
- Leverage data and user insights to continuously optimize system performance and workflows
- Own product direction for NetSuite ERP across B2B, DTC, purchasing, and inventory modules
- Drive data integrity and ensure seamless flow across ERP, 3PLs, EDI, and downstream systems
- Deliver automation and scalable solutions across integrations and system touchpoints
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage UAT, release planning, change management, and business readiness.
- Serve as the intermediary between Engineering and business stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable, well-designed system solutions.
- Maintain and communicate roadmaps, priorities, product requirements, technical designs, SOPs, and delivered outcomes across technical and non-technical teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5+ years if Product Management experience supporting enterprise business systems, ERP, supply chain, or operational technology.
- Strong functional understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows.
- Hands-on Netsuite experience across order management, purchasing, inventory, fulfillment, and related business processes.
- Experience owning products and workflows across integrated enterprise systems, including ERP, EDI, WMS/3PL, and downstream platforms.
- Ability to gather complex business requirements and translate them into scalable product and system designs.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate upstream and downstream process, data, and system impacts when designing solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering systems enhancements that improve operational performance, data integrity, and business scalability.
- Functional experience with iPaaS including the ability to understand, troubleshoot, and support integration flows, mappings, transformations, and data movement. (Celigo preferred)
- Background in apparel, retail, or consumer goods
- Experience working with WMS, EDI, and supply chain integrations
- Experience in multi-channel and global operations environments
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Netsuite SuiteFoundation Certification or higher
