Join the front lines of building an AI-native sales organization at AppsFlyer!
Are you obsessed with finding the smarter, faster way to do things — and ready to prove it by rebuilding how a global revenue team learns? If you're hands-on with AI tools, know the mobile marketing ecosystem cold, and want to build the enablement infrastructure of an AI-native revenue org rather than maintain the old one, we might have the role for you.
We're looking for an AI-Native Enablement Manager to lead the shift to AI-first enablement across our global revenue team. Your default output is an interactive AI hub, not a deck — and your mandate goes beyond building tools: you'll coach reps on using AI directly in their own workflow, so it becomes part of how they sell, not just how they're trained. You'll also stay a key trainer on the Flyer Program, but the core of this role is transformation, not maintenance.
What you'll do:
- Build AI-powered enablement infrastructure — interactive hubs, AI-assisted certification, coaching/roleplay tools — as the standard output for every initiative, not a side experiment
- Coach the sales team directly on using AI in their own workflow: prospecting, account research, deal prep
- Evaluate new AI tools relevant to sales and enablement, and turn the promising ones into scaled adoption rather than one-off pilots
- Drive how the sales team itself adopts AI as part of its daily workflow, not just what it learns from enablement
- Deliver training as a key trainer for the global sales team, owning the Flyer Program end-to-end
- Partner with Sales, CS, L&D, RevOps and Product to align enablement priorities with AppsFlyer's strategy — especially where AI can remove friction or scale coaching capacity
- Run Gong reviews and global sales training needs analysis to identify where AI-first enablement should focus next
- Develop coaching and mentoring programs and advanced skills training
- Support the sales force's transition into trusted advisors, working alongside Industry Leads on segment-specialist development
What you have:
- 5+ years' experience within a SaaS B2B company
- Experience within the mobile marketing ecosystem
- Experience developing and delivering training content, as both trainer and content developer
- Fluent with AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT or similar) — proven experience building AI-first assets, not just using AI to speed up old formats
- Experience building interactive, AI-generated enablement assets (hubs, tools, simulations) as a default output rather than static decks
- A strong grasp of sales methodologies and processes
- Experience leading change and adoption of new tools and processes — ideally including AI tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal
- Data-oriented, with experience in Excel, Looker (or similar BI tools) and Salesforce
- Experience managing projects end-to-end, from identification through implementation and execution
- A team player mindset with a proven ability to lead through influence
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
