## About this opportunity

Join Ericsson as Director of Operations Excellence and play a key role in driving operational governance, financial performance management, and continuous improvement across a complex business environment.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring accurate executive reporting, KPI and OKR governance, risk management, and execution of strategic initiatives. You will work across multiple functions to improve operational efficiency, support decision-making, and drive business excellence through data-driven insights, process optimization, and automation initiatives.

## What you will do

• Lead operational and financial governance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, transparency, and alignment across functions.
• Own and drive KPI and OKR tracking, performance reviews, and executive management reporting.
• Consolidate business, operational, and financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership decision-making.
• Identify business risks, develop mitigation plans, and follow through on execution and governance actions.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with finance, operations, delivery, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and business objectives.
• Lead and coordinate automation, digitalization, and AI-related initiatives that improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial controls, data security requirements, and operational standards.
• Act as a key liaison across multiple stakeholder groups, influencing outcomes and driving accountability without direct authority.

## The skills you bring

• Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing business performance, budgets, forecasts, profitability, and operational metrics.
• Proven experience in governance, PMO, Chief of Staff, Operations Excellence, Business Operations, or similar strategic business roles.
• Strong knowledge of KPI, OKR, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex operational and financial information into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, driving stakeholder alignment, and influencing senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Experience in process improvement, risk management, and change management.
• Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, data analytics, AI, or business intelligence initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within telecommunications, technology, managed services, or large-scale operational environments is highly valued.
