We're looking to recruit a Talent Specialist to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Aviation Service Delivery Team.
 

The Aviation Service Delivery Team work across the full staffing journey, from the start of a candidate’s recruitment process through to engaging with clients and candidates, managing staffing requirements and ensuring seamless workforce deployment.
 

This role is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working either Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday on a rota basis. Shifts times are 08:30–17:30 and 10:00–19:00.
This is a fixed term contract until 27th November 2026.
 

What's a Talent Specialist?
 

As a Talent Specialist you’ll be supporting with high volume recruitment campaigns and managing candidate applications through a full recruitment process from screening through to offers, vetting and referencing.  
 

You'll be:

• Supporting with attracting candidates using different recruitment tools
• Providing an excellent standard of customer service and handling candidate queries
• Managing applications through the full recruitment process
• Checking ID and ETW documents against client requirements
• Carrying out referencing and conducting security interviews
• Working towards agreed targets and SLAs to meet the client’s requirements

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for individuals with strong customer service skills who are confident in working towards and exceeding targets.
 

It's also essential that you:

• Are computer literate and confident utilising MS office systems
• Are confident communicating via telephone and email
• Are a team player who is flexible to support colleagues as required
