  • Provide superior customer service to P2P fundraisers via website support, coaching, providing fundraising materials and other support as needed.
  • Support year-round Service Days, in-kind donation drives and other events.
  • Create, edit, proof materials to support event and development department mailings.
Technology & Data Management:
  • Partner with the Director, Operations to ensure proper campaign setup and tracking in platforms like Salesforce, Donor Drive, and Classy.
  • Create and manage events, enter data, and generate reports to track performance and guide strategy.

  • Bring a creative, experimental mindset to events and engagement work — testing new formats, technologies, and strategies to expand reach and deepen impact.
  • Maintain database of key electronic Development Department resources: youth stories, photos, videos, documents etc.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
  • Develop and adhere to event and departmental budgets and expense policies.
  • Track event participation and fundraising metrics in collaboration with the Development Ops team.
  • Participate in pre- and post-event reviews and recommend future improvements, including both cost and revenue.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and compliance with internal protocols.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships necessary to support events and the broader Development Department.
  • Prepare expense reports for leadership team members.
  • Maintain adequate and orderly stock of event supplies and other hard materials needed to facilitate the work of the Development Department.
  • Assist in preparing and assembling mailings to support development activities.
  • All other duties assigned by management staff.

This position requires three days in the office exact days TBD.
