We are seeking a talented individual to join our Treasury Operations Project work and a Global Process Restructure team at Marsh. This role will be based in Urbendale and offers a hybrid work arrangement with 6 days a month.
As a Senior Associate - Treasury Accounting you will be working under moderate supervision. Under general direction, performs a broad range of Treasury functions including various forms of payment processing requiring prior Treasury and/or Banking experience.

We will count on you to:
3–5 years of experience in Treasury, accounting, or a related financial function.
Plan and execute projects, including scope, risks, milestones, timelines, stakeholders, and meetings.
Track project progress, manage deliverables, and communicate status and expectations to stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Monitor automated payment workflows and promptly resolve or escalate issues.
Ensure compliance with SOX, SSAE16, internal policies, and Treasury audit and regulatory requirements.
Prepare reporting on regional and global bank detail verification activity.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, banks, vendors, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
Support the development of Treasury strategy, policies, procedures, and controls to improve compliance and efficiency.
Identify and implement process, operational, and system improvements.
Train, mentor, and guide Treasury team members, including reviewing work and providing functional support.

College degree
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
