Your Role in Our Mission
The Senior Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in enabling scalable, data-driven marketing execution across our global business. Reporting to the Global Director of Revenue Operations, this position acts as the primary Marketing Operations specialist, responsible for optimising marketing systems, processes, reporting and operational effectiveness.
The role is accountable for driving improvements across lead management, lifecycle management, attribution, marketing automation, data governance and platform adoption, with a particular focus on maximising the value of HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce and the wider technology ecosystem.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations teams, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will find opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting and attribution capabilities, strengthen sales and marketing alignment, and support the delivery of scalable global marketing programmes. Through a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking and stakeholder collaboration, this role will help improve commercial effectiveness and enable informed decision-making across the organisation.

Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include:
- Manage and optimise marketing operations processes to support campaign planning, measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement across global markets.
- Assess existing marketing operations processes and technologies, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement scalable improvements that support business growth and operational effectiveness.
- Own and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead lifecycle processes, segmentation, scoring, nurture programs, and campaign operations within HubSpot.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of HubSpot capabilities across the business, ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to support marketing and commercial objectives.
- Partner closely with Revenue Operations teams to enhance HubSpot-Salesforce integrations, improve data quality and reporting integrity, and strengthen sales and marketing alignment.
- Ensure high standards of attention to detail across database management, reporting accuracy, and system administration.
- Develop and enforce guidelines for data quality, governance, compliance, and operational consistency across regions.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and enhance attribution models, campaign tracking standards, and funnel reporting frameworks to increase visibility of marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Support global teams with scalable processes while adapting to regional requirements, business needs, and market differences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations stakeholders on lead management, attribution, lifecycle design, and marketing operations standards.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to translate business goals into operational plans grounded in strong marketing principles and measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process design, documentation, and technology enhancements.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, monitor system health, and ensure smooth execution of integrated marketing programs.
The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
- Solid, senior-level experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including workflows, forms, lists, email automation, lead scoring, lifecycle management, reporting, and campaign operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including CRM processes, campaign objects, reporting, dashboards, and lead/contact/account management.
- Proven experience improving marketing technology ecosystems, including platform optimisation, process redesign, and operational scalability.
- Experience designing or enhancing lead lifecycle management, lead scoring models, segmentation strategies, and nurture programmes.
- Experience developing attribution frameworks, funnel reporting, and marketing performance measurement methodologies.
- Proven experience supporting global marketing organisations and working across multiple regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality, governance, operational accuracy, and continuous improvement.
