Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage the GRC and Regulatory Content application portfolio, providing day-to-day leadership, product oversight, governance, and strategic direction across the supported platforms.
• Lead a team of approximately 5–6 employees and contractors, setting priorities, managing delivery, developing talent, and ensuring effective execution across application management and strategic initiatives.
• Help shape and execute the GRC and reporting strategy, partnering with business and technology leaders to simplify the application landscape, strengthen data and reporting capabilities, and align investments to broader risk-management priorities.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of GRC capabilities, application architecture, data structures and models, integrations, and product functionality, with the ability to quickly identify the appropriate product, technical, or business expertise when deeper knowledge is required.
• Own application access management and related controls, including appropriate governance, control execution, evidence, issue remediation, and ongoing compliance with access-management requirements.
• Serve as the primary application-management contact for Internal Audit and regulatory examinations, coordinating responses, evidence, walkthroughs, remediation activities, and engagement with appropriate business and technology partners.
• Partner directly with senior and executive business and technology leaders to drive delivery, resolve issues and dependencies, communicate risks, and ensure application priorities align with business and risk objectives.
• Provide strong application ownership and operational discipline, including oversight of application health, lifecycle management, risks and issues, vendor relationships, change activity, and control execution.
• Translate business and risk-management needs into technology priorities, helping bridge GRC subject-matter expertise, application capabilities, data, reporting, and technology delivery.
• Operate as a hands-on leader, comfortable moving between strategic planning, people leadership, technical/application discussions, control execution, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Position Expectations
• This is an in-office leadership position with regular interaction across business, Risk, Technology, Audit, and other key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading employees, contractors, or blended delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of GRC platforms, regulatory content solutions, risk and control structures, data models, reporting, and application management.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to explain technical or GRC-related topics clearly to both business and technology audiences.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive priorities, escalate when appropriate, and deliver within a complex, highly governed environment.

PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.
