We are hiring RD Chemist (Pyralux) to lead Pyralux FCCL (flexible copper clad laminate) development to enable high-speed-high-frequency market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish technology capabilities and know-hows via understanding of customer needs & material technology

• Lead multiple FCCL product development projects and supervise team members

• Collaborate with copper foil suppliers to develop copper clad laminates

• Identify operational windows of new formulations for lab to scale up process 

• Provide training to technician and sales representative

Qualifications:

• PhD degree is required in Material Science/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry

• Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-function team inside Qnity

• Independent researcher, as well as teamwork is required

• Fluent in English & Mandarin

• Good computer proficiency

• Experience in patent search and patent filing is a plus

• Experience in polyimide synthesis is a plus

• Experience in dispersion or interface mechanics is a plus
