Overview
This Accountant II position performs various accounting functions including maintaining ledgers, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting in compliance with Library District policies, GAAP, and federal Uniform Guidance. You'll review accounting policies, assist with budgeting processes, and provide backup support to the finance team. The role requires understanding of cash-basis accounting for public organizations. Pay range is $39.54 - $54.48 hourly. This is a full-time, non-exempt position represented by AFSCME Council 2.
