Your mission:**

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused (Senior) Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to help us build and scale a reliable supply operation across our growing restaurant group. This role is about making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes: products arrive on time, suppliers perform, costs stay under control, and operational issues get solved before they become bigger problems.

You’ll work closely with suppliers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders across the company, managing sourcing, procurement, supplier relationships, forecasting, and supply chain coordination. From negotiating better commercial terms and qualifying backup suppliers to troubleshooting delivery issues and improving processes, you’ll play a central role in keeping the business running efficiently as we continue to grow.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with urgency, enjoys solving real operational problems, and knows how to balance strong execution with strategic thinking. You pride yourself in your strong execution skills and a high sense of ownership. You follow through and make sure things get done. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, pushing things forward, and making sure no critical detail slips through the cracks.

## Tasks

• Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners
• Source and qualify new suppliers, including international sourcing opportunities
• Build backup supplier options for critical product categories
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
• Monitor supplier performance, reliability, and delivery quality
• Continuously improve stock planning and reduce out-of-stock situations across stores and ensure smooth supply flow
• Work closely with operations teams to improve ordering and forecasting accuracy
• Maintain and improve procurement processes and supplier documentation
• Troubleshoot supply chain issues quickly and proactively
• Plan systems and processes for scalable company growth
• Experiment and drive automation with and without AI within procurement and supply chain operations

## Requirements

• You have minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or operational purchasing roles in a multi-site or fast-paced business
• You have a track record of building scalable purchasing processes and supply operations that leave no other teams waiting!
• You have experience in gastronomy, hospitality, retail, FMCG, or fast-paced operational environments
• You have a strong commercial mindset and can operate seamlessly in ambiguity.
• Your organizational and communication skills are excellent!
• You can negotiate contracts in fluent German and can easily collaborate in English
• Your analytical mindset is strong and have experience translating operational and purchasing data into insights for decision-making

**Nice-to-have:**

• Preferably experience sourcing products internationally, especially from Asia
• Experience implementing procurement systems, automation,
• Willing to experiment with AI-driven operational improvements
• Familiarity with scaling supply chain operations in growing companies
