About the Role
This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO and will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's public partnerships strategy at a national scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall government partnerships and alliances strategy and drive execution end-to-end.
- Develop and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with government stakeholders across central and state levels.
- Stay closely connected to the organisation's programs and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for collaboration and scale.
- Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with the organisation's values and culture.
- Develop targeted messaging and engagement strategies for different categories of government stakeholders.
- Balance short-term execution priorities with long-term partnership and ecosystem-building objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive alignment and maximize impact.
- Represent the organisation at relevant external forums, meetings, and ecosystem platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong passion for creating large-scale social impact.
- 20+ years of overall experience.
- More than 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or go-to-market leadership roles.
- At least 5 years of experience working closely with government stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships at senior levels.
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, outcome-oriented, and comfortable operating in dynamic environments.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
