- Design and develop reporting architectures, including report user interfaces and data models, to optimise performance and integration
- Analyze and document business requirements to support solution design and delivery
- Deliver reporting for operational and business metrics to provide visibility into performance against KPIs
- Participate in project planning to align system design with business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data and reporting issues
- Evaluate and demonstrate proof of concepts for new BI and analytics tools
- Education: Degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: 3+ years of experience
- Application of Power BI and SQL in reporting and analytics solutions
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and establish functional objectives
- Application of communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in stakeholder-facing environments
- Ability to coordinate tasks across team members to achieve business outcomes
- Application of attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness
