The expected pay range for Manufacturing Specialist Lead in our HalePlus division in Keaau is: $21.60 to $25.05 per hour.

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Manufacturing Specialist Lead for our HalePlus division to save the day by leading the daily activities of their assigned HalePlus crew and working side by side with them to efficiently produce high-quality building components and modular units.
The typical schedule for this Manufacturing Specialist Lead position:
- Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Some overtime and weekend work may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift 65 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Previous leadership experience is preferred
- Previous construction experience is highly preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
- Must be able to bend, stretch, reach, twist, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
