As part of our expansion in the French market, we are looking for a Sales Manager for France to develop our commercial presence across the country.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in selling technical equipment, ideally in the energy or agricultural sectors
- Higher education (business school, engineering school or equivalent)
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with diverse stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and strong results orientation
- Proficiency in French (native language or equivalent)
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential
- Ideally based in the Nantes region
- Available for frequent travel (approximately 50% of the time) throughout France to meet with clients, partners, and participate in key industry events.
The candidate
As Sales Manager for France, you will be responsible for the commercial development of Voltiris in the French market:
- Identify, prospect and qualify new clients (greenhouse growers, industrial partners)
- Develop and manage a portfolio of business opportunities across the entire territory
- Managing the sales cycle from start to finish (initial contact, qualification, proposal, negotiation)
- Understanding customer needs and offering tailored, high-value-added solutions
- Collaborating closely with the technical and marketing teams
- Represent Voltiris at trade shows and industry events
- Ensure regular and structured reporting of your business activity
