Description
A growing life-science instrumentation company is seeking a field-based applications scientist in the Eastern United States to support customers across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Eastern Canada. The role provides technical support for analytical instrumentation used in biologics development and requires extensive regional travel.
Responsibilities include instrument demonstrations, installations, customer training, pre- and post-sales applications support, troubleshooting, and regional marketing support. Candidates should hold an MS in biochemistry, biophysical sciences, or a related field and bring field applications or customer-support experience involving protein stability, formulation screening, biologics, and biophysical characterization techniques such as fluorescence, UV-Vis, DSC, DLS, SLS, ITC, or DSF.
