Are you an experienced corporate and fiduciary services professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and supporting complex client structures?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our Client Services team in Guernsey. In this role, you'll be responsible for administering a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, supporting them throughout their lifecycle from onboarding through to ongoing administration. You'll work closely with colleagues across Client Services, Risk and Compliance, while helping to maintain the high standards of service and governance our clients expect.
This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise, support junior team members and contribute to the continued success of a collaborative and client-focused team.

About the role
In this role, you'll:
- Manage the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring high standards of service and delivery.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client structures, transactions and activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with the establishment, onboarding and administration of Guernsey companies, partnerships, trusts and other fiduciary structures.
- Manage workflows effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor work in progress, time recording and debt collection activities where applicable.
- Work closely with Risk and Compliance colleagues to ensure client due diligence requirements and periodic reviews remain up to date.
- Support junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and providing guidance where required.
- Maintain client records and data within internal systems and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support the management team with operational matters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you – essential requirements
- Proven experience within corporate, trust or fiduciary services, with a in depth understanding of relevant principles and concepts.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, process efficiencies and automation.
- Part qualified or fully qualified STEP or CGI (formerly ICSA), or working towards a professional qualification.
- Working knowledge of fiduciary administration systems and document management platforms would be advantageous.
