- CASETiFY seeks a highly motivated and driven individual for the Business Development Manager position within our Global Wholesale team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Wholesale Team, this role will be pivotal in expanding our global presence and establishing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, coupled with a passion for driving business growth.
Job Description
- Manage and grow the Walmart USA account, leveraging Walmart portals to drive data-backed decision-making and operational excellence.
- Lead the annual line review process and ensure seamless assortment transitions across the Walmart store fleet.
- Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to improve OTIF performance and inventory sell-through.
- Optimize CASETiFY’s presence on Walmart.com by leveraging Walmart Connect to increase visibility and market share.
- Develop new business partnerships and wholesale distribution channels, with a primary focus on North America.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful account execution.
- Conduct market research, build detailed sales forecasts, and deliver insights that shape product, GTM, and marketing strategy.
- Mentor and support junior team members while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
Requirement
- 3+ years of experience is mandatory in working with Walmart USA
- 6+ years of experience is mandatory in wholesale distribution
- Strong understanding of Walmart’s supply chain requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and demonstrate strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capacity for working independently with high standards of reliability and ownership over a portfolio of key regional accounts.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
