Description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
The scope:
- HR services for employees - preparation of contracts, annexes, certificates, employment certificates and other documents related to employment and remuneration.
- Maintaining of personal files of employees.
- Support processing payroll
- Providing support for employee-administration matters and assisting the team every step of the way,
- Staying updated on the latest law regulations and ensuring everyone is well-informed
Requirements:
- Fluent Polish and English at min. B2 level
- University Student interested in the area of Human Resources
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field
- Availability: approximately 30 hours per week
