Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates for professional roles across various industries. You will work closely with onshore recruiters to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Review assigned job requisitions and coordinate with onshore recruiters for clarifications and requirements.

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed Resume, LinkedIn, and Monster.

• Post job advertisements on Indeed and manage applicant pipelines.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

• Edit and format candidate resumes as needed and prepare professional candidate summaries.

• Endorse qualified candidates to onshore recruiters via email.

• Follow up with onshore recruiters regarding candidate feedback and hiring progress.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams as needed.
   

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 1 year of US recruitment experience, specifically in sourcing and screening candidates for professional roles.

• Experience recruiting within one or more of the following industries:

o Information Technology (IT)

o Engineering

o Accounting & Finance

• Candidates whose recruitment experience is primarily focused on commercial, customer service, or healthcare hiring will not be considered for this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience recruiting for professional-level positions.

• Strong sourcing experience using Indeed and LinkedIn.

• Excellent candidate assessment and qualification skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
