Pre-Toddlers Room Leader
£32,200 per year | Level 3
As a Pre-Toddlers Room Leader, you'll play a key role in creating a nurturing environment where children feel secure, encouraged, and excited to discover the world around them.
This Good Ofsted-rated nursery provides the ideal setting to do just that. With high staff-to-child ratios, small groups, large open-plan rooms, and excellent outdoor facilities, you'll have the time, space, and support to deliver exceptional early years experiences. Working closely with the wider management team, you'll lead your room, support your colleagues, and ensure every child receives the highest standard of care and education.
