About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our team. You will support our financial operations by assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices and purchase orders, verifying department and GL accounts.
- Accounts Receivable: Help with AR reconciliation.
- Office Supplies: Track and order office supplies.
- Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special financial projects.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a quick learner of accounting software.
