Join our Manchester planning team as an Account Executive and work alongside a talented team to deliver day-to-day strategies for exciting, award-winning global clients. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and specialist teams to create media strategies rooted in data, audience insights and designed to deliver business results.

What You’ll Do 

• Develop and deliver media strategies with the Account Director. 

• Act as the client’s key contact, ensuring campaigns meet objectives. 

• Lead the financial management of accounts, adhering to budgets and compliance processes. 

• Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise. 

• Stay curious - engage in training and industry trends to keep ahead of innovations.

• Experience: Experience in the industry. A good foundation in ATL and digital channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, eCommerce, etc.) 
• Analytical Skills: Confident interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights. 

• Collaboration: Build relationships across teams and clients, with excellent communication and presentation skills. 

• Curiosity: Passionate about learning and solving challenges. 

• Organisational Skills: Manage diverse tasks and prioritise effectively. 

• Some experience training and mentoring junior team members ideal, but not essential.
