  • Customize sales and marketing approaches to maximize efficiency, scalability, and client adoption of digital solutions.

  • Develop and maintain client pitch materials and marketing content focused on FX, Payments, and Rates digital offerings.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs to guide both sales execution and product direction.

  • Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects tied to platform growth and innovation.

  • Consider risk, internal controls, and governance as part of day-to-day accountabilities.

  • 5–7 years of sales experience with platforms, payments, commercial / correspondent banking or related fields with a post-secondary degree.

  • Proven success in a product sales or solutions-oriented role within FX, Rates, Payments, or Treasury-related businesses.

  • Experience marketing FX solutions, international payments, and/or rates products, with a strong appreciation for digital platforms and workflow-led solutions.

  • Strong understanding of commercial core banking systems and experience of marketing solutions to regional banking clientele

  • Ability to explain complex products and technologies to clients with varying levels of sophistication.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills with a results-oriented mindset.
