Description
Ready to help K–12 students develop the fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills they need to succeed? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in a dynamic K–12 role in Maricopa, AZ, during the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess students' functional abilities and identify barriers affecting educational participation and success.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, establish measurable goals, and collaborate as an active member of the multidisciplinary IEP team.
- Deliver direct and consultative evidence-based occupational therapy services to enhance students' fine motor, sensory-motor, and daily living skills within the educational environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
