The role:
As an HR Advisor, you will help drive our goals by:
Supporting our US employee population as a trusted HR partner, providing guidance and support to managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters.
Taking ownership of employee cases and HR queries, ensuring timely resolution while delivering a consistent and positive employee experience.
Advising and coaching managers on HR policies, procedures, employment practices and performance-related matters, helping them navigate people-related challenges effectively.
Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise and HR Operations colleagues to deliver effective HR solutions and support business objectives.
Providing guidance on employee lifecycle processes, policy interpretation, employment terms and conditions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Supporting employee engagement activities, HR projects and organisational initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery and drive continuous improvement across HR operations.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Proven HR experience gained in an advisory, operations or generalist capacity, with the confidence to independently manage a broad range of HR matters.
Experience supporting managers and employees, providing practical guidance on HR policies, processes and people-related matters.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and positive working relationships across different levels of the organisation.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity, investigate issues and drive matters through to resolution.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in identifying better ways of working and enhancing the employee experience.

Special factors:
- As this role supports our US employee population, you will work on a rotating schedule, alternating between 9:00-18:00 and 13:00-22:00 shifts.
