As an Advisor, Master Data Management, you will work with various internal stakeholders to support the development and continuous improvement of master data processes, standards, and data quality practices. Minimum Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Quality, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related field
Experience supporting data governance, stewardship, process improvement, or business data initiatives
Working knowledge of SAP master data processes and related business applications
Experience analyzing data quality issues, identifying root causes, and supporting remediation efforts
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, reporting tools, or data management solutions such as SAP or Snowflake
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Support the assessment and improvement of master data processes, standards, and stewardship practices across business functions
Partner with business stakeholders to identify critical data elements, business rules, data quality requirements, and process improvement opportunities
Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather requirements and document business processes
Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, procedures, and governance materials
Monitor data quality metrics and support reporting, issue management, and remediation activities.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to help implement practical and sustainable master data solutions
Assist with testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities related to data and business process changes
Support compliance, controls, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives that promote data integrity and business process effectiveness
Location and other Key Details:
This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W
Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday with occasional site visits
Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines, and the pay band will generally be based on years of experience and scope of work
