You will have great opportunities for personal development and growth.The RoleYou will be joining a great team within the KS1 classrooms, supporting children on a 1 to 1 basis and in small groups. You will be running interventions focusing on core subjects, developing children’s understanding and knowledge.The Head Teacher is also looking for a candidate who has had experience working with SEND children as there may be times that you will need to work 1 to 1 with SEND children in the KS1 classrooms.You will be expected to:Has high expectations of the pupil you will be working with.Able to communicate and work with the Class Teacher closely.Hold high expectations of the children’s development and work.Liaise with the SENCo for additional activities to support SEND children.Show initiative and flexibility.Resource and deliver interventions - assessing and developing future planning Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
