Teaching Assistant BS22Full-Time September Start £105 - £115 per day Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are currently working closely with a wonderful 2 form entry Primary School in the BS22 area of Weston-Super-Mare.  We are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants who enjoy working with children, have a passion for learning and will put the needs of our children first. This school is a thriving and vibrant school who are passionate about providing a positive and happy environment for children and their staff.  The Role  This position is a full-time role from September on a fixed term contract.  The Head Teacher is looking for someone who is a great team player, able to communicate clearly with other staff and work flexibly around different classrooms. The job offers an opportunity to work on a 1 to 1 basis and with small groups of children.  You will be expected to: Have experience working with children. Be flexible, positive and hard-working. Hold great behaviour management skills. Take every opportunity to develop children’s language, reading, social and numeracy skills. Work closely with Class Teachers.  Working with Long-term Teachers: We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools. LTT was founded with the aim of creating a genuine, transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role.
