Description
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and business travels.Screen and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and take appropriate action.Prepare and review all necessary documentation, reports, and presentations for the CEO.Process and track expenses, reimbursements, and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices.Conduct market research and compile data for decision-making purposes.Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and conferences.Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.Requirements:Highschool degree or Diploma, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role.Must be authorized to work in the USStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to handle and prioritize confidential and sensitive information.Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
