You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that Mondelēz standards are adhered to.
How you will contribute
To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

What you need to know about this position:
You will be in working in Mondelez Namur process cheese plant that is in Belgium 15 minutes away from Namur city (60 min driving distance from Bruxelles).Other big cities like Liege or Mons are within 45 min driving distance.
You will be responsible for managing (design, plan, execution) of environmental related projects. You will manage projects that prevent, control or remediate environmental hazards —such as water treatment systems, energy reduction, pollution control technologies while ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., permits, environmental impact assessments).
Some key projects:
Renewal of Wastewater Staton
Renewal of Water treatment system
Development of process to reduce Chlorines in wastewater
Energy-related projects/studies: e.g. installation of solar panels, Heat pumps etc)
Water usage optimization projects
Various development works or upgrades to the site's infrastructure and utilities
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Industry experience in environmental related project
Knowledge of the requirements related to the food industry is a plus
Dynamism
Good interpersonal skills
Education / Certifications:
Engineering school type training with experience in infrastructure and utilities project management in the industrial field => 10 years ideal (+ or -5 years)
Job specific requirements:
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Experience in managing environmental related projects ex. wastewater station, water treatment, environmental permit
