Job Description Summary

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Project Engineer – Civil/Structural/Finishes to manage construction activities for premium villa projects in Bengaluru. The role involves end-to-end supervision of structural, civil, and architectural finishing works, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, cost, and schedule requirements. The candidate will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality villas within project timelines.

Job Description

About the Role:

• Supervise excavation, foundations, RCC frame, masonry, roofing, and external development works.
• Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and curing activities.
• Coordinate with structural consultants for inspections and technical clarifications.
• Verify levels, dimensions, and structural alignment.
• Manage execution of all finishing activities including:
• Flooring (tiles, marble, granite, wooden flooring)
• Internal and external plastering
• Painting and texture finishes
• False ceilings
• Waterproofing
• Doors, windows, and hardware
• Modular kitchen coordination
• Wardrobes and joinery
• Staircases and railings
• Landscaping and external paving
• Ensure premium finish quality and workmanship throughout the project.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration with civil works.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site coordination issues.
• Participate in weekly planning and progress review meetings.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain QA/QC records.
• Raise and close quality observations and punch list items.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and statutory regulations.
• Support snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Track project progress against the baseline schedule.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Assist in resource planning, material forecasting, and productivity monitoring.
• Verify contractor measurements and support billing processes.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Diploma holders with relevant villa construction experience may also be considered.

About You

• 4–6 years of experience in execution of residential villa, luxury residential, or premium housing projects.
• Experience handling structural works through finishing and handover.
• Exposure to multiple villas or gated community projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and masonry construction.
• Understanding of architectural finishes and luxury residential standards.
• Ability to read structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.

• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety practices.

The individual should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating multiple agencies, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
