About the opportunity
Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents, their families, and carers, using a holistic approach to support individual health and wellbeing needs.
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering responsive, flexible, and compassionate care while promoting positive outcomes for residents and their families.
Assess, monitor, and document residents' physical, mental, and emotional health status, identifying changes in condition and escalating concerns appropriately to ensure timely intervention and continuity of care.

- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

You will also be required to provide evidence of
- NDIS Screening Check
- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
