Personal Lines Account Manager
Location | Morris County
Schedule | Hybrid
Successful independent insurance brokerage is seeking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to an expanding, professional team.
Competitive base salary between $50k-$65k with the ability for commission and fast promotion based on performance and knowledge
Hybrid schedule 2 days in office after training
Duties:
- Help advise, analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for assigned customers
- Handle new/renewal business
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years’ experience with retail agency or similar personal lines business.
- Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers.
- Current Property & Casualty License
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service focused
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Experienced with Applied Epic software
