Role summary:The Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, is responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring they meet established standards. This role involves performing safety and preventative maintenance on machinery, managing equipment inventory, and operating corporate vehicles in compliance with safety protocols. The position requires effective communication with facility users and collaboration with team members to address service requests and maintain operational efficiency. Adherence to safety procedures and company policies is essential to support a safe and well-maintained facility environment.

The Facilities Maintenance team ensures optimal operation of HVACR and power washing systems by coordinating resources and maintaining safety and environmental standards. They collaborate to troubleshoot, repair, and enhance equipment while managing inventory and vendor relationships. What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
- Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
- Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to maintain safe conditions.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory management of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
- Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods for cleaning.
- Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and facility equipment.
- Competence in operating corporate vehicles and heavy machinery in compliance with safety standards.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Must be 21 years of age or older.Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and maintain a minimum of a 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
As required by Section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
