About the Role:
- As a Senior Engineer, TnF Process Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency, quality, and reliability of TnF processes. You will lead equipment qualifications, resolve complex process and customer-related issues, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
What You Will Do
- Lead the qualification and implementation of new TnF equipment, tooling, and metrology systems to support manufacturing requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain process documentation, including FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, and engineering standards.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for TnF-related customer complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives focused on productivity, quality enhancement, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical expertise and support for complex process challenges, equipment issues, and yield improvement activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Product Engineering teams to optimize process performance and ensure manufacturing readiness.
- Analyze process data using statistical tools to identify trends, drive decision-making, and sustain process improvements.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to technicians and junior engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all engineering activities.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in process engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in TnF equipment, tooling mechanisms, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab and other data-driven problem-solving methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of process qualification, equipment validation, FMEA, Control Plan development, and SPC methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supervising technical personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
