Introduction To Team
Air Supply is Expedia Group’s airline connectivity platform — the engine that unifies airline content and booking fulfillment across a wide range of distribution channels and partners. We power the traveler-facing booking experience, marketing and acquisition channels, and integrations with airline partners, all while running a platform that has to stay reliable at massive transaction volumes with zero tolerance for one airline’s issue affecting others. We’re looking for a Product Manager III to help drive the roadmap for airline onboarding, partner capability expansion (like seats, bags, exchanges, and refunds), and platform reliability — turning a mature connectivity platform into a modern, AI-native supply platform that dramatically speeds up how quickly new airline partners can be onboarded.
In This Role, You Will:
• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for airline connectivity capabilities — partner onboarding, capability builds, and platform reliability — using data and experimentation to prioritize across a large, multi-partner portfolio.
• Translate airline partner, business, and engineering needs into clear problem statements and detailed requirements — including API contracts and data needs — for delivery to engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, technical program managers, and cross-functional stakeholders (reservations, checkout, search, legal, and partner operations) to drive end-to-end delivery of airline capabilities, ensuring compliant, scalable integrations and strong operational performance (booking success rates, reliability, uptime).
• Use quantitative and qualitative insights — performance trends, incident patterns, delivery predictability — to monitor product performance, continuously iterate on the platform, and manage trade-offs across partner commitments, technical debt, and business impact.
• Partner with engineering and data science to safely integrate AI and agentic capabilities into the platform and its operations (e.g., incident triage, issue diagnosis, onboarding acceleration).
• Influence cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders, aligning them around a clear product vision, and communicate priorities, risks, and progress across multiple workstreams and airline programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical, analytical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in product delivery within technology organizations.
• Min 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager, including ownership of a product, feature set, or service from discovery through launch and iteration, working with engineering and technical program managers in an agile environment.
• Proven ability to define product requirements, write clear user stories or PRDs, interpret data and metrics, and use experimentation to inform roadmap decisions.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering on system behavior, API-level requirements, data flows, and dependencies to ensure robust, scalable, and reliable integrations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products in partnership with engineering and data science teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in airline or travel distribution, connectivity platforms, or supplier/partner-facing products.
• Experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption, including defining success metrics and managing iterative releases in complex, multi-partner technical environments.
• Track record of driving measurable impact using data, experimentation, and partner insights — comfortable working in high-availability, high-stakes transactional systems.
• Experience influencing cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders, resolving conflicting priorities across engineering, program management, and partner-facing teams.
• Experience leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Figma AI) and low-code agent platforms to accelerate product development is preferred
