In this role you will be a Production Controller for a client that is in the electronics manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing for hardware and commercial product lines. You will be responsible for controlling the release, movement, and status of shop orders to ensure progress through manufacturing in accordance with schedules and delivery requirements.
This is a direct hire role that must be performed on-site.
The pay is $55,000 to $75,000
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in production, manufacturing coordination, or shop floor control
- Must have strong experience with Excel
- ERP experience (Infor Visual preferred)
- Aerospace/defense industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of WIP control and manufacturing processes
- Ability to control and maintain shop orders and travels in ERP
- Coordinate movement between departments
- Identify and escalate shortages, bottlenecks, and schedule risks
- Implement engineering change orders
- Ability to understand and adhere to production requirements
