We are seeking a Business Process Owner, Finance Transformation (3PL & Logistics) to play a key role in standardizing and optimizing finance processes across our global logistics network.
Position Summary
The Business Process Owner (BPO) – Finance is responsible for the design, governance and continuous improvement of finance processes supporting Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations.
This role will drive process standardization, ERP transformation and operational excellence across areas such as service billing, cost management, accruals, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and external logistics partners, you will ensure scalable, efficient and compliant finance processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and govern end-to-end finance processes supporting 3PL and logistics operations.
Design and implement standardized global finance processes and ERP solutions.
Identify process improvement, automation and control opportunities through gap analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Translate business requirements into process designs, functional requirements and user stories.
Lead workshops with Finance, Operations, IT and external logistics providers to drive alignment and process excellence.
Support global finance transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Monitor process performance, risks and issues, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement.
Promote best practices in logistics finance, operational billing, reconciliations and financial controls.

What We're Looking For
Experience
Proven experience as a Business Process Owner, Finance Process Lead or Senior Finance Process Analyst.
Experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation or process improvement programmes.
Strong understanding of finance processes supporting logistics, supply chain or 3PL operations.
Experience working within global, highly regulated environments such as healthcare, pharmaceutical or logistics organizations.
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of ERP systems and finance process design.
Experience with tools such as SAP, Oracle, Power BI, JIRA or similar platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong project, change management and process improvement mindset.
Education
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
