We’re seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist to join our team on a 12 Month FTC. In this role you will create, publish and optimise content across our digital channels. You’ll support integrated marketing campaigns and contribute to lead‑generation activity across RSL LifeCare.

This role suits a creative storyteller with strong writing skills, digital know‑how (SEO and emerging AI search best practice), and the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, residents, clients and agency partners.

In this role you will:

• Develop content plans that support marketing and business objectives.

• Create and publish content across digital channels including our website, social media, blogs and third‑party platforms.

• Support integrated campaigns by ensuring all digital elements are aligned and executed effectively.

• Manage and optimise social media for RSL LifeCare Corporate and Veteran Services across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Communications, to leverage media opportunities.

• Source and produce engaging content such as testimonials, event coverage, and storytelling pieces.
   

Our expectations are that you have:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in marketing, communications or a related field.

• Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, Canva and PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of digital channels including marketing automation, social media and CMS platforms.

• Excellent time‑management with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience organising workshops or meetings, including preparing reports and liaising with external stakeholders.
