Role Purpose:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality content that strengthens Cushman & Wakefield's brand, enhances thought leadership and supports business development in France. The role also supports internal communications and events, helping to strengthen employee engagement, promote knowledge sharing and reinforce the firm's culture while continuously monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
MARKETING CONTENT
- Creating communication tools for business lines such as digital brochures, dedicated videos, etc., and ensuring they are regularly updated.
- Defining and implementing a content marketing strategy on B2B channels aimed at lead generation.
- On business requests, conducting or leading interviews with subject matter experts or clients.
- Coordinating content validation with experts and the BDS department (e.g., business line presentations, client references, key figures).
- Collaborating with national and international teams (Global Services, Research, Design, etc.) to identify and prioritize relevant topics for the French market.
- Ensuring consistent content quality and volume by defining and managing the editorial calendar.
- Contributing to long-term editorial strategy by continuously improving internal processes.
- Playing a creative role by bringing vision to media formats like videos, webinars, podcasts, and optimizing their visibility to target audiences.
- Proposing media coverage strategies for content.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of shared content (topics, levers, seasonality, etc.).
- Conducting market trend research and proposing innovative ideas for implementation.
- Publishing new pages or update existing content pages on our Global Website cushmanwakefield.com - Insights, News, Service Lines, Sector Expertise, Client Case Studies.
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Being responsible for Cushman & Wakefield's brand image in France on our LinkedIn Corporate page.
- Drafting social media content for key stakeholders, including the CEO.
- Supporting the adoption and ongoing engagement of the Sprout Advocacy platform across France.
- Participating in strategic planning and the implementation of our editorial policy on LinkedIn.
- Establishing and managing the editorial schedule, in line with key events and news in France.
- Creating and sending out the weekly internal newsletter featuring Cushman & Wakefield news in France published on LinkedIn.
- Reporting Linkedin Key Performance Indicators (reach, engagement, follower growth) on a regular basis, with a view to ongoing optimization.
- Monitoring social media, cultural and competitive trends on a regular basis.
INTERNAL COMMUNiCATION & EVENT
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of internal and external events. Event
- Contributing to the development and implementation of internal communication initiatives.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Degree in Digital Media, Marketing or Communication and 3 years of professional experience.
- Strategic mindset, attention to detail, rigor, and reactivity.
- Experience working in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to write and supervise premium content: case studies, white papers, blog articles, etc.
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing platforms, etc.).
- Knowledge of collaborative tools (Sitecore XP CMS, social media planning and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Talkwalker).
