We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager, North LATAM to lead marketing and trade marketing strategy across Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, and the Andrean region. This role will be responsible for translating business priorities into actionable commercial plans, driving market share performance, supporting pricing and portfolio decisions and leading cross-functional execution that delivers measurable business impact.
This role is hybrid on-site 2 days a week at our Mexico City office.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develops and executes integrated marketing and trade marketing plans aligned with Mexico business priorities, brand strategy, customer needs, and commercial objectives.
- Takes direct ownership for translating strategy into action, ensuring timely execution, measurable business impact, and clear accountability from planning through implementation.
- Secures Share of Market (SOM) performance and operational KPIs against established objectives, identifying gaps early and implementing corrective actions with urgency.
- Leads pricing strategy, price architecture, promotional effectiveness, channel programs, and commercialization in close partnership with Sales, Finance, Market Access, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical/Education, and other relevant functions.
- Drives commercial innovation by identifying new customer, shopper, patient, channel, portfolio, process, partnership and go-to-market opportunities and converting them into scalable initiatives.
- Leads new product launches and portfolio initiatives when required, from insight and business case through readiness, execution, performance tracking and post-launch optimization.
- Operates effectively from strategic design to hands-on operational execution, adapting to business needs and ensuring that critical deliverables are completed with quality and speed.
- Influences and aligns cross-functional teams, challenging existing ways of working constructively, and establishes new processes, governance, and decision routines when needed to improve execution.
- Analyzes the Mexican market, customers, competitors, channels, pricing, pack architecture, and unmet needs to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Implements marketing, digital, trade marketing, and patient education initiatives and defines measurable pilots, resources, timelines, and success criteria.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Management or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or related roles.
- Trade Marketing expertise: Strong command of channel activation, merchandising, promotional execution, shopper and customer programs and point of sales excellence, preferably within Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Health or FMCG.
- Demonstrated experience managing SOM, pricing strategy, portfolio decision, performance KPIs, commercial programs, and cross-functional projects.
- Proven experience supporting or leading new product launches and converting strategy into effective market execution.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree or MBA
- Experience leading merchandisers, promoters, field activation teams, or other operational personnel.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
