Black Talent in Business

We know there is more to do to improve the representation of Black talent in our industry and within our early careers pipeline. Programmes like Black Talent in Business play an important role in helping us address this gap by widening access, building confidence and connections, and creating clearer pathways into our profession.

This programme is designed to give Black undergraduate students the opportunity to explore careers at PwC, build their understanding of our business and gain greater access to the opportunities we offer. Come and connect with people from across the firm, hear first-hand about their experiences and develop the skills, knowledge and networks that can help you build a successful career.

Strategy Consulting

In Strategy Consulting, you’ll work in project teams on a wide range of strategic questions, moving between industries, clients and challenges. You could be researching a new market, evaluating policy options, testing an investment case, analysing competitors, considering the right strategic operating model or helping turn complex findings into clear recommendations for senior decision makers.

You’ll learn to structure ambiguous problems, form a clear point of view and develop communication skills needed to solve complex questions.

You will work as part of Strategy&; PwC’s global strategy consulting business. They work with chief executives, leadership teams and investors on the choices that matter most to their organisations, from defining where to grow and how to compete, to shaping portfolios, pursuing deals and creating long-term value.

What you’ll need  

You are in the first year of an undergraduate degree in any subject; 

Or in your second year of a four-year degree in any subject. 

When you apply, we’ll also ask for your location preference.  If you successfully complete the recruitment process, we’ll then let you know which office you’ll be based in during the three-day programme. Please be aware that we may not be able to offer you your first-choice office location.
