Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

United Ag & Turf NE is looking for a Human Resource Generalist that is responsible for supporting the HR department with daily operations. This includes recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and maintaining HR records

What You’ll Do

• Assist with the recruitment and hiring process
• Oversee the new employee onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
• Address and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts, in a timely and fair manner
• Respond to general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters
• Gathering and analyzing HR data and preparing reports and presentations for HR management
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
• Assist in compliance with labor laws

Requirements

What it Takes

• Knowledge of HR processes and policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field  plus a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Any HR Certification will be a plus
