The Opportunity

As a Strategy Consulting Senior Associate, you will guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your analytical skills and strategic vision to help organizations define their vision, priorities, and actionable roadmaps for transformation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards. Your ability to anticipate client needs and embrace ambiguity will be crucial in delivering quality work and growing your personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will collaborate with diverse teams, utilizing a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive market research and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Evaluating business plans and financial models to identify opportunities for value creation and competitive advantage
- Developing and implementing strategic planning initiatives to support corporate development and growth objectives
- Performing competitive analysis to assess market positioning and identify potential areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive scenario analysis and product analysis for strategic projects
- Utilizing intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and enhance strategic outcomes
- Building and maintaining client relationships to support the delivery of strategic consulting services
- Guiding junior team members in the execution of strategic initiatives and fostering a collaborative team environment

What You Must Have

- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- These client service Senior Associate positions are for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
