A DAY IN THE LIFE OF WORKING THE FITNESS FRONT DESK:
When working at the Fitness Front Desk of Bonita Bay Club, you will be working in our 3-story Lifestyle Center with 20,000 square feet dedicated to exercise, featuring wall-to-wall Technogym equipment. You will flow between Front Desk 1 and Front Desk 2 duties.
Front desk 1 is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, greeting members and their guests, answering phone calls, booking personal training appointments, and billing for the services. This role is very dynamic and fast-paced.
In the Front Desk 2 role, you are responsible for keeping the exercise floor clean and free of clutter. You may be asked to tour members through the center or answer questions regarding the machines. A major part of Front Desk 2 includes doing laundry, wiping down equipment, and cleaning the fitness studios.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Must be available to work Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Weekends/Holidays.
- Must have First Aid and CPR/AED Certifications (mandatory training to receive these certifications will be provided if not yet attained)
- Knowledge of Fitness equipment is preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have some experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
