- Successfully manage, answer, and process a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily
- Direct daily phone contact with patients and referring provider offices
- Schedule exams, confirm appointments, Process orders, and/or obtain authorization on scheduled appointments.
- Maintain customer relationships with referring physician offices and patients
- Work with multiple computer programs simultaneously; utilize available online resources
- Maintain highly accurate data entry rate
- Open Availability Required
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills: Call Center experience strongly preferred
Medical office experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Maintain confidentiality
Experience: Medical office, specifically Imaging, highly preferred. At least 2 years customer service. Ability to work flexible shift / hours.
