This role offers significant visibility and influence within a strategic growth area, providing an opportunity to make a tangible impact whilst building your career within one of the UK's largest financial services organisations.

8+ years experience in sales, business development and merchant acquisition, with experience across transport or adjacent sectors welcomed.
5+ years' experience building and managing senior stakeholder and partner relationships in a commercial environment.
Proven experience acquiring, growing and managing commercial partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Experience developing commercial propositions, bids, partnership opportunities or go-to-market strategies.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, influence decisions and drive growth.
Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
And any experience of this would be great
Experience within Embedded Finance, fintech, payments or platform-based financial services.
Experience across transport, mobility, automotive, lifestyle, home or adjacent partnership-led sectors.
Experience launching new propositions, products or commercial partnerships.
Experience supporting product integrations or partner onboarding activities.
