Join our Team and advance your career as a Sourcing Lead - HSSE

In this role You will:

• Execute CHWCRM sourcing strategies in alignment with business objectives and company policies.

• Conduct analytical reviews to identify cost savings, value creation and process improvement opportunities across the CHWCRM supply chain.

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including contract creation, negotiation, handover, implementation and ongoing contract management.

• Lead negotiation planning and preparation for CHWCRM agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.

• Collaborate effectively with German-speaking customers, suppliers and business partners.

• Proactively manage supplier relationships, foster collaboration and drive supplier performance improvements.

• Use agile core practices and tools to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.

• Apply strong business acumen to understand CHWCRM requirements and optimise procurement processes.

• Support supplier selection processes by evaluating suppliers against established criteria.

• Demonstrate self-leadership, initiative and accountability in daily tasks and projects.

What You will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sourcing or procurement within Chemicals, HSSE, Waste Water Treatment, Catalysts, Remediation Management or related categories

• Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and sourcing processes.

• Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management.

• Proven partner management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels.

• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritise and handle complex projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in relevant procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.
